Know how your payment will be made! Invoices will be sent in conjunction as to how you want to be billed. 

Within a day or two you should receive an invoice. 

Payments can be made online when you receive the invoice. A check can be mailed to our office, or pay ACH or Credit Card online through the invoice. Do not call to pay by CC.

Non-Member Cash/ACH/Check payment - $ 245.00

Non-Member Credit Card payment - $ 255.00
